New and already fifth studio album by the well-known and internationally sought-after producer team ANCIENT ASTRONAUTS. For the extensive ‘Zik Zak’ project, 18 different African artists from nine countries, including BANTU, JOYCE OLONG and ART MELODY, worked together. As usual, the result ranges from reggae, dub, electronica, hip-hop and soul with strong World-Africa influences. Appears on CD and DoLP on SWITCHSTANCE RECORDINGS.

Founded in Cologne in 2001 by TOM STRAUCH and INGO MLL, ANCIENT ASTRONAUTS and the artist-run label Switchstance Recordings quickly became one of the scene names for DJing, events and selected cross-genre releases. After several singles and remixes, the ANCIENT ASTRONAUTS debut album ‘We Are to Answer’ was released and immediately received great, worldwide approval and positive reviews.
